REFLECTION OF THE UNIVERSE

This textile piece began as a portrait of the popular saint  Sarita Colonia, but in the end it became a work in which both were portrayed.

Reflection of the universe, is to look back at the other, at the space we inhabit  and towards that  that exists in our personal-family universe.  It is a deep and silent conversation between two women who share their art, family knowledge and personal universe with the other.
