In Vestige 1. Immobility , the cloth is a metaphor to speak of the body and its symptoms in the face of a state of retention and deprivation of liberty.
Discomfort become visible such as torn holes or woven lumps. This is an almost visceral testimony, similar to an arachnid tissue, as long as one witnesses what one has assimilated.
